Weiner named partner at Taylor Duane
BOSTON (Nov. 24, 2010) – Andrew Weiner has been named partner at Taylor Duane Barton & Gilman, LLP, effective Jan. 1, 2011.
An experienced civil litigator, Weiner focuses his practice on medical malpractice, professional liability, products liability and insurance coverage issues. He appears regularly in trial and appellate courts throughout Massachusetts. He is a published author of an article analyzing important changes to procedural rules in the Massachusetts Superior Court.
After serving as a law clerk for the Massachusetts Superior Court in 2002-2003, Weiner joined Taylor Duane as an associate in 2003. He is a 2002 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law, and a 1999 magna cum laude graduate of Rutgers University.
