Four associates join Taylor Duane Barton & Gilman

(BOSTON/PROVIDENCE) Oct. 4, 2010 – Showing strength in numbers and consistent with its commitment to providing the highest quality legal services for its clients, Taylor Duane Barton & Gilman recently hired four new attorneys.

Jay Myers and Lindsey Gil will be based in the firm’s Boston office, and joining the Providence office are Kristen Whittle and Heather Kilmartin.

Taylor Duane is now comprised of 34 lawyers, supported by a dedicated staff of legal assistants, paralegals and administrators. The Providence office, with 17 attorneys, is the 7th largest law firm in Rhode Island.

Mr. Myers is a 2010 graduate of Boston College Law School, where he acquired substantial litigation experience in clinical settings and as a judicial intern.

Ms. Gil is a 2010 graduate of Boston University School of Law, where she was a Paul J. Liacos Scholar. Ms. Gil also represented clients as part of the school’s litigation clinical program.

Ms. Whittle, a 2009 graduate of Boston College Law School, most recently was a judicial clerk for Rhode Island Supreme Court Justice William P. Robinson III.

A 2008 cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Ms. Kilmartin served as a law clerk for the Rhode Island Supreme Court (2008-2010), including lead clerk for Chief Justice Paul A. Suttell.
