Lateral associate joins firm

BOSTON (Aug. 2, 2010) – Reflecting the firm’s continued success and growth, Brendan T. Malvey has joined Taylor Duane Barton & Gilman as an associate in the Boston office.

Four more associates are slated to join the firm in September.

Malvey has substantial civil litigation experience working on insurance coverage issues, employment law, construction litigation and other matters.

Malvey previously worked for a Boston civil litigation firm where he represented employers, companies and insurers in all phases of civil litigation. He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts.

Malvey is a 2007 graduate of The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law.
